Leisa Klinge

Managing Member
Association Manager
The Managing Partner of CPM, Leisa Klinge, has maintained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) since 2008 and has maintained her Association Management Specialist (AMS) since 2021. Leisa has been in the HOA Management Industry since 2007 where she has managed a variety of types of associations, single-family, townhomes, condominiums, high-rises, and large-scale associations. Most recently, Leisa served as the Regional Director of the Colorado Springs Market for a nationwide management company.
Prior to entering into the HOA industry, Leisa rose in the ranks in the banking industry to Vice President and Bank Manager of a national bank.
Joey Kipilo

Joey Kipilo is our Assistant Community Manager (ACAM). Joey has 4 years of customer service within the HOA industry and adds great value to our team providing customer service to your homeowners, managing the ARC process and assisting with meetings, large project management and other functions.
Kaitlyn Moody
Part Time ACAM
Assistant Community
Association Manager
Kaitlyn handles most of our work order requests, handling small ARC items for smaller associations and vendor relations (ensuring we have the proper documentation for our association’s vendors. As our company grows), Kaitlyn will test for and become a credentialed Association Manager.
Deidre Masters
Accounting
Deidre Masters handles all of our accounting locally. In addition to an accounting degree, Deidre holds industry credentials of CMCA and AMS. The combination of accounting and in-depth understanding of industry standards and operations is invaluable.
